The Sung Mass of Mary the Mother of God was kept today at 11.30am and what a good turn out we had. This was followed by brunch in the Parish Hall. Nice soups and bacon sandwiches were provided in plenty and enjoyed by all! Thanks to those who prepared the food. David gave us the directions and many assembled at Godden Green to start the traditional New Year's Day walk in Knole. We really had a good time and it was good to see the hopes and enthusiasm of so many as we stand on the threshold of a New Year – another gift to us from God!
