Our Lady of Walsingham

A happy feast day to you all as we celebrate our Lady of Walsingham.
Our minds will today picture the Holy House, that sacred space, where Mary uttered her obedient yes to God. We ask her intercession so that like her we may be open to the will of God.
How poor our Anglo-Catholic movement would be without the shrine at Walsingham. Thanks be to God for Walsingham and for Fr Alfred Hope Patten.
What a good day too to receive the news of the visit of the Holy Father to this country next year - Ut unum sint!
