To you, O Most Sacred Mother of God, we dedicate and offer this New Year 2010. May we walk and grow in your school, the school of obedience and true love. May we grow in holiness as we work for the kingdom of your Son, that kingdom of justice, mercy and peace.
Intercede for us that we may have the strength to work for what is right, honourable and true whatever the cost. Intercede, we pray, for those who are in need and for those to whom we shall be called to minister in this new year that they may see Christ in our Christian witness.
Mother of the Church, may this year see the brothers and sisters of your Son, who because of sin live seperatley, come together with joy under the unity of Peter.
O Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Peace, our Lady of Walsingham, pray for us.
