We celebrated joyfully the solemnity of Mary the Mother of God and the beginning of AD 2011. We had the honour of having Fr & Mrs Lloyd joining us for the day. During Mass I made a special intention for John, Keith and Andrew who today, together with members of their family and the three sisters from the Walsingham Priory, have been received in the Roman Catholic Church. After Mass we went to the Hall for delicious bacon rolls and soup. This was followed by the traditional New Year walk in Knole. A good time was had by all.
