This morning during the notices Fr Mark announced that he has accepted the living of the Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Burnham on Crouch, in Essex (Diocese of Chelmsford).
Fr Mark has offered four years of faithful ministry here as he served his title. We congratulated the new Vicar. Fr Mark's last Sunday in Sevenoaks will be on the 25th October and his induction on the 1st December. Please keep him in your prayers.
Yesterday we celebrated the wedding of Will and Cecilia. Cecilia was baptised and grew up at St John's. It was indeed a special service towards which the couple worked so hard. We wish them the very best and "Ad Multos Annos".
