All the unpacking done and many family members greeted we went down to Valetta for the celebrations in honour of the glorious St Dominic. Today being the last day of the Triduum in preparation of the feast, after Mass and Benediction, a statue of St Dominic is paraded through the streets and acclaimed by the many present as close to midnight the statue is lifted on a place of honour in front of the Cathedral.
