The day is over and I am on my way back from Oxford to home. Fr Feeney led the day and was supported by other members of staff. We spoke about transitional issues in the first session. This was followed by a splendid Sung Mass.
After lunch the course work that seminarians have done was explained to us and pastoral issues explored.
It was a useful day to see first hand the work and context of my new colleague. It was good to meet his friends and other training incumbents. I am really looking forward to have James in the Parish and to work together for the greater glory of God.
